Who is Carlfred Giles

Before I continue, let me introduce myself. My name is Carlfred Giles, and I currently reside in Monroe, LA.

I’m a health and fitness trainer and author and through my e-books, it is my desire to help millions of people to lose weight, build muscle, and stay healthy.

Nutritional Guidance
If you want results, then nutrition is essential. I will not only guide you on how much, when, and what to eat, but teach you at the same time so you feel confident and can adjust to any situation you find yourself in. “Give a man a fish, he will eat for one day.
